What checkout does

Checkout collects your contact and eligible US delivery address and records the requested products, quantities and selected supplied formats. Selecting Place order submits an order for review; it does not debit a card or bank account. A reference on the thank-you page identifies that submission. Retain it for all subsequent correspondence.

We will contact you to confirm availability, delivery details and the final agreed amount. No online card processor, digital-wallet checkout, installment plan or automatic bank withdrawal is offered on this site. Never put card numbers, account passwords, security codes or online-banking login information into the notes field.

Prices, shipping and included tax

Product prices shown on product pages and in the cart are USD prices for the stated complete item. Applicable sales tax is included in those merchandise prices; checkout adds no separate tax charge. Shipping is $12 below a $150 merchandise subtotal and free at or above $150 for eligible contiguous US and DC addresses.

The server calculates totals from the current product and quantity selection, not from a number entered in notes. Check the format and quantity before submitting. If you change the cart before placing an order, the summary changes accordingly. For example, a $48 pillow with $12 shipping has a $60 total; three such pillows total $156 including $12 shipping.

Written confirmation before a transfer

Wait for a written confirmation identifying Divvy Homes, Inc, your reference, the requested goods, shipping and the amount payable. Bank-transfer instructions are supplied privately after confirmation, not published in the catalog. The payment deadline will be stated in that confirmation; no payment is due merely because you opened checkout.

Compare any received request with your saved reference and expected amount. If the payee details differ from an earlier instruction, the amount is unexpected, or you are asked to transfer to an unrelated person, stop and verify through our published phone number. Do not use an unverified phone number supplied only in a suspicious message.

When preparation begins

Preparation begins after we have confirmed the order and the transfer has cleared. Preparation is estimated at 2–3 business days and standard transit at 3–7 business days afterward. A payment screenshot alone does not establish cleared funds, but you may provide the transfer reference to help us match the payment.

Please transfer the exact agreed USD amount and quote the order reference. Your bank may charge its own transfer or currency-conversion fee, which is not a merchant delivery charge. If a payment arrives short or cannot be matched, we will explain the discrepancy and agree a resolution before dispatch rather than substituting lower-priced goods.

Corrections, cancellations and refunds

If a price, availability or address problem is discovered before confirmation, we will explain the correction and request your agreement. You can decline the revised offer. We do not increase a confirmed amount or send substitute products without your consent. Contact us promptly to cancel before dispatch; once dispatched, the Returns Policy applies.

If payment has cleared and a cancellation is accepted before dispatch, we initiate the refund within 7 business days. For returned merchandise the refund timeline starts after inspection as explained in the Returns Policy. Bank processing may add 3–5 business days. We verify refund instructions through the original order contact and never require a second purchase to release an approved refund.
