Delivery area and exclusions

We deliver to street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, international destinations and PO boxes are not supported. Checkout requires an eligible state and a valid US ZIP code; entering an unsupported address in notes does not extend the delivery area.

Please provide an apartment or suite number and a phone number that can be used to resolve delivery questions. Delivery is to the supplied address, not an installation, room-placement or assembly service. We do not offer collection from our correspondence address.

Rates and the free-delivery threshold

Standard shipping is $12 per order when the merchandise subtotal is below $150. Standard shipping is free at a merchandise subtotal of $150 or more. The threshold applies before shipping and uses the current cart subtotal; adding or removing a product can change eligibility. All amounts are USD. Applicable sales tax is included in displayed merchandise prices, with no separate tax added at checkout.

For example, one $129 Pebble Linen Lamp has $12 delivery and a $141 order total. A $145 Column Wood Lamp plus a $48 Slub Square Pillow totals $193 with free delivery. No expedited or white-glove option is offered through this checkout.

Preparation, transit and estimated arrival

Allow 2–3 business days for preparation after written confirmation and payment clearance. Standard transit is estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch, giving an estimated 5–10 business days from payment clearance to delivery. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays. These ranges are estimates rather than guaranteed appointments.

Your order submission itself does not start the dispatch clock. We first confirm the items, address and bank-transfer instructions in writing. If a listed item cannot be supplied within this preparation range, we will explain the revised estimate before requesting payment. You may decline that change rather than accept an open-ended delay.

Address changes and delivery problems

For an address correction, contact us with your reference and the complete corrected address as soon as possible. Changes are only possible before dispatch; we will confirm whether the correction can be made. Do not assume a note on a second order changes an existing shipment.

If a parcel is returned because an address was incomplete or delivery was refused, we will explain available redelivery or cancellation options. Any additional carrier charge must be disclosed and accepted before redelivery; there is no automatic extra charge to a bank account. For a missing delivery, check the address and nearby safe places, then contact us with the reference and delivery information so we can investigate.

Damage, split shipments and cancellations

Inspect the outside of the package and unpack the complete lamp or pillow carefully. Keep packing materials when you find broken glass, a damaged shade, a missing insert or other damage. Send the reference, affected product and clear photographs promptly, preferably within 7 calendar days of delivery. That reporting request does not shorten the 30-day return window or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We will not substitute another lamp construction, pillow fabric or color without your agreement. If multiple packages are needed, we will identify them in the confirmation; the quoted standard shipping total remains the checkout amount unless you expressly approve a changed order. Ask to cancel before dispatch; after dispatch follow the Returns Policy.
