Information you provide

Checkout asks for your full name, email address, phone number, US street address, city, state and ZIP code. It also records your requested products, selected supplied formats, quantities, calculated USD totals, agreement and optional order notes. A reference and submission time help connect a later service inquiry to the same request.

Use the notes field only for relevant product or delivery information. Do not submit card numbers, online-banking credentials, government identification, medical details or information about other people. If you contact us by email or phone, we use the details you choose to provide and the associated order reference to respond.

Session and browser information

A necessary store-session cookie connects your browser with the cart, checkout draft and security token. The server-side session has an absolute 12-hour lifetime from its start; it is not extended indefinitely by continuing to browse. A preference record in your browser remembers your cookie choice for up to 180 days. Clearing browser data removes that preference and may end your shopping session.

Preview hosting may use site and version selection cookies so links and assets remain associated with the same storefront preview. These are functional routing values, not advertising profiles. The store does not use optional analytics, advertising pixels, cross-site behavioral profiling or a customer-account login. Ordinary hosting requests may include technical connection information needed to serve and secure the site.

Why the information is used

We use contact and address information to review the request, confirm product and delivery details, arrange the agreed payment instructions, handle returns and respond to questions. Product lines and trusted totals are retained with the reference so a requested correction or refund can be checked against the original transaction.

Security values prevent unauthorized form submission and repeated order creation. We do not sell or rent customer information, use checkout data to build advertising audiences or enroll you in a marketing list. Payment is arranged after written confirmation; this checkout does not collect bank-account or card credentials.

Necessary recipients and confidentiality

Information may be supplied to the delivery provider and technical hosting provider only as needed to fulfill or operate the transaction. A carrier needs the recipient name and address; it does not need your entire service conversation. We may disclose information where required by law or to investigate misuse and protect legitimate rights, limiting the disclosure to the relevant purpose.

Do not send a return parcel containing unrelated personal documents. When photographs help resolve damage, frame only the merchandise and packaging and cover any unrelated address labels. We do not publish customer names, reviews or photographs as testimonials through this store.

Retention and practical deletion

Server-side shopping sessions are scheduled for removal after 12 hours. Saved order records are retained for up to 365 days from the record’s last modification, with expired records removed on subsequent site requests. The cleanup is request-triggered, not a promise of deletion at an exact second. Browser cookie preferences expire after up to 180 days.

Messages you send outside checkout may remain in the correspondence needed to resolve your inquiry and any applicable recordkeeping obligation. You may ask us to identify or delete information we hold; we will explain any narrow reason a transaction record must be retained. This policy does not claim that deleting browser cookies also deletes an already submitted order.

Your requests and data safety

Email a privacy request to [email protected], stating the order reference if available and what you want to access, correct or delete. We may ask for proportionate information to verify that the request concerns your own record; do not send an identity document unless a safe, necessary process has first been agreed. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 30 calendar days or explain why more time is needed.

The storefront uses session security controls and restricted order storage, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Contact us promptly if you think another person used your details or if you submitted sensitive information by mistake. This store is not intended to collect children’s information; a parent or guardian can contact us to request review of an apparent child submission.
