Returns Policy

What can be returned

Request a return within 30 calendar days after the item is delivered. Unwanted products must be unused, clean, undamaged and complete with their supplied components and protective packaging. Inspecting a product carefully is permitted; using a lamp in daily service or washing a pillow cover is not the same as inspection.

For lamps, keep the base, shade or globe, cord and all supplied fittings together. Do not modify a plug, rewire a lamp or fit an incompatible bulb. For pillows, return both the cover and insert when supplied together; a cover-only return is incomplete. Our catalog does not offer custom-made or personalized goods.

How to start

Email [email protected] with your order reference, product name, quantity, delivery date and reason for return. For damage or a wrong item, include clear images of the product and packaging if available. You may call 1 833 4266739 for help, but retain written instructions so the return address and agreed solution are clear.

We aim to respond within 2 business days. If you have no response, follow up with your original reference rather than sending an untracked parcel. We will supply the appropriate return destination and packing instructions. Our San Francisco address is for correspondence and is not automatically the return warehouse. Do not ship a return until a destination is confirmed.

Return shipping and fees

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the actual tracked return postage directly to your carrier. We do not impose a restocking fee. Original standard outbound shipping is not refunded for a change of mind, including the $12 shipping charge on orders below the free-shipping threshold. No outbound shipping deduction is made where the original order qualified for free standard shipping.

For merchandise we confirm was incorrect, defective on arrival or damaged in transit, we cover reasonable return shipping through an agreed prepaid method or a preapproved reimbursement. Contact us before purchasing a return label so we can agree the method and amount. Do not send electrical or glass goods by an unsafe or inadequately padded service.

Packing and inspection

Use protective cushioning and a rigid box for lamps; protect a globe separately from the base where it can be removed without tools. Keep the cord away from the shade surface. Place pillows in a clean protective bag inside the shipping carton. Retain your carrier receipt and tracking until the return is resolved.

We inspect returned goods within 5 business days after receipt. If there is an eligibility issue, we will explain it with the affected component and available next steps. We do not silently deduct an unexplained fee. Returns damaged by insufficient return packaging may need a carrier claim or a revised resolution; we will discuss the facts before settling the amount.

Refunds, replacements and exchanges

An approved refund is initiated within 7 business days after inspection. Refunds use the original payment method where practicable; for a bank transfer we agree the verified return-payment details privately. Bank processing may take an additional 3–5 business days. We never ask you to put banking credentials into the checkout notes.

For a confirmed defect or incorrect item, we discuss replacement, repair where appropriate, or refund without promising a replacement that is unavailable. A change-of-mind exchange is handled as a return and a separate new order so each price, delivery charge and reference stays clear. No replacement is automatically ordered merely because you requested advice.
