Photographs illustrate the whole selected product and its visible materials; screen settings and lighting can affect perceived color. Use the written dimensions rather than estimating scale from a photograph. A pillow color or lamp finish is not represented as a separate construction.

Eligibility and responsible use

Submit an order only when you can enter a binding purchase agreement and provide accurate contact and delivery information. Delivery is limited to street addresses in the contiguous United States and DC. Do not use the store to send malicious content, impersonate another customer, test stolen payment details or interfere with normal shopping.

Protect your own browser and avoid sharing a device session containing another person’s checkout details. No customer account is required or offered. Cart and checkout sessions expire after an absolute 12-hour period; an expired session may require you to reselect items and refresh the form before submitting.

Order requests and confirmation

Adding merchandise to the cart does not reserve it indefinitely. Checkout submits your requested products and the server-calculated summary. A successful submission displays a reference; this confirms receipt of the request, not a captured payment or unconditional acceptance of an unavailable item. We then contact you to confirm details and arrange a USD bank transfer.

We may ask you to correct an incomplete address or decline a request we cannot fulfill. If an error affects price or availability, we explain it before payment and seek your agreement to any revision. Prices and fulfillment

Displayed prices include applicable sales tax. Standard shipping is $12 below a $150 merchandise subtotal and free at or above that subtotal for the eligible territory. No separate tax is added at checkout. Your bank’s transfer or conversion fee is separate from merchant shipping charges.

After written confirmation and cleared funds, preparation is estimated at 2–3 business days and transit at 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and US federal holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed appointments. Notify us promptly about an address error, missing parcel or damaged package so we can investigate through the proper order history.

Product use, returns and limits

Use lamps indoors in dry locations only, with the socket type, voltage and LED wattage limit stated on the individual product page. Bulbs are not included. Keep cords clear of traffic and heat; stop use if the cord, globe or shade assembly is damaged. Decorative pillows are not sleep-safety equipment and should not be used as infant bedding. Follow the specific cover and insert care rather than applying one cleaning method to all textiles.

Unused, complete merchandise may be returned by requesting instructions within 30 calendar days of delivery. Customer-paid tracked return postage applies to a change of mind; confirmed incorrect or arrival-damaged goods use an agreed merchant-paid method. No restocking fee applies. Site content, changes and disputes

We may correct product information and revise policies for future orders; a later revision does not silently rewrite a previously confirmed order.
